The Operations Research team at the Rey Juan Carlos University is researching in order to propose innovative solutions to real problems in Air Traffic Management, in collaboration with GMV, a leader company in aeronautics. In this paper we briefly present these problems and the different strategies that we are using to obtain models and schemes to solve them. Decision Theory, Negotiation, Optimal Control Theory (Mixed Integer and Stochastic) Mathematical Programming are the main disciplines that we are applying.
